Since Coconut's Fish Cafe opened in April of 2009, we have been very blessed with our success. Everything is made from scratch daily - all sauces, dressings, tarter, cocktail sauce, and Caesar Salad - we make everything but the ketchup, our FISH CUT DAILY! At Coconut's, all food is made as healthy as possible. Our FAMOUS Frances' Coleslaw dressing made with coconut milk. Even the fish & chips aren't greasy and full of batter. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE FISH. We cater to healthy eating. Most all of the food is VERY LO-CAL or close to FAT FREE. Try our wheat buns - yummmmmmm. Or our BROWN RICE... What? In Hawaii?!?

At Coconut's we care about a cleaner environment and use earth friendly products. We do charge 50 cents for our to-go containers, which are biodegradable. All of our used cooking oil is recycled into biofuel!
